When your countdown timer reaches zero, the system automatically sends your notification message to all your emergency contacts via email.

Yes! Go to Settings and adjust your interval. You can set it anywhere from 1 to 168 hours.
How many emergency contacts can I add?
You can add up to 10 emergency contacts to your account.
Can I customize the notification message?
Yes! In Settings, you can write a custom message that will be sent to your contacts. Make it informative and include relevant details.
What if I check in late?
If you check in after your timer expired but before notifications were sent, the timer resets. If notifications were already sent, checking in will prevent further notifications.

Yes. All passwords are encrypted, data is transmitted over HTTPS, and we never share your information with third parties (except your contacts when triggered).
